Rebecca is an experienced in-house lawyer and trusted business partner who helps implement legal strategy, budgets, and processes. She knows how to manage companies day-to-day legal requirements whilst analysing risk and prioritising what really matters. Having worked closely with fast-growth businesses, she gets up to speed quickly on legal workflows and gets deals done.

City-trained with FTSE 100 in-house experience, Rebecca has worked across the retail, FMCG, e-commerce and healthcare sectors. She works closely with commercial, product, and supply chain teams and has lots of experience in manufacturing, supply, packaging, advertising, marketing and distribution/agency agreements, as well as brand protection/exploitation and sponsorship.

She understands the commercial and regulatory challenges businesses face and knows what you need to worry about (and what you don’t) to scale effectively. Rebecca particularly enjoys supporting scaling businesses, helping them navigate product launches, market expansion and supply chain growth while staying compliant. She understands the pressure of moving fast and cuts through the noise to balance risk with opportunity, keeping legal support aligned to business goals.

Rebecca is passionate about design and loves the outdoors, so much so she has a PG Diploma in Garden Design and has climbed Mount Kenya. When not working she’s often found in her garden or sailing.

Rebecca has worked for international law firm Baker & McKenzie, at Stevens & Bolton, and in-house at SABMiller and Cardinal Health. She has also worked with brands such as Seedlip, Concha y Toro, Joia da Amazonia, Califia Farms, Kia Motors and Apple/iTunes.
