Tori is a highly experienced Human Resources and People leader with over 15 years of expertise supporting SMEs and start-ups. As a former Group People Director and member of the executive management team within a private equity–backed luxury travel company, she has successfully led strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, employee retention, organisational development, operational HR, change management, and HR policy & process implementation.

Recognised for her ability to foster positive workplace cultures, Tori has a proven track record of driving organisational growth, developing and implementing all HR practises and processes and implementing effective HRIS and payroll systems. She is recognised as a trusted people professional with strong emotional intelligence, partnering with businesses to strengthen employee engagement, enhance organisational effectiveness, and support long-term success.

Tori believes that strong people foundations are fundamental to business success, enabling organisations to achieve their goals by fostering people engagement, motivation and high performance.

Useful to know:

Tori is a passionate sportsperson who grew up in Munich and still loves hitting the slopes skiing, as well as playing football, tennis and softball. She loves spending time with her two boys, where their favourite activity is drawing Pokémon characters together. Tori has an identical twin sister, and together they co-founded Nailpad— even pitching their invention and appearing on BBC’s Dragons’ Den!

Tori was Group People Director at the private equity–backed luxury travel company Scott Dunn and earlier in her career, she managed all Health club Operations and HR at LA Fitness, Victoria. Most recently, Tori co-founded her own start-up where she leads day-to-day operations, finance and B2B sales.
