LinkedIn:

Simon is an in-house specialist, having spent his entire career supporting businesses from the inside, working as an integral part of the business team. He has a wealth of experience working with scaling tech, SaaS and AI companies and he’s brilliant at prioritising and taking care of the full range of legal issues they encounter – from getting deals done quickly and efficiently, to streamlining contracts, creating practical templates and playbooks, and building processes that work.

Simon adopts a pragmatic approach to getting deals done whilst minimising unnecessary risks, rather than sitting on the fence and providing an unhelpful list of potential reasons not to do them. Drawing from his extensive background in facilitating successful business exits, Simon collaborates closely with Finance, Sales, Ops, HR and Info-Sec to build a foundation that ensures the next financing event runs as smoothly as possible.

Simon also helps companies implement AI (including Legal AI) safely and effectively, as well as heading up LegalEdge’s AI steering committee.
