Sarah has over a decade of international in-house counsel experience, both working within and setting up and managing legal functions for scaling companies across product, retail and insurance. She provides strategic advice to support growth and mitigate risk and prides herself on being a problem solver, actively seeking practical solutions rather than getting bogged down in legal complexities. She promotes good corporate governance and has helped early stage companies navigate pre-seed funding rounds. She is currently part-time GC for two retail start-ups, managing their legal work, budget and strategy.

Her comprehensive HR support covers general employment matters, dealing with the day to day as well as internal investigations, disciplinary matters, and staff exits.
