Robert has more than 15 years’ experience working both in-house and in private practice and joined LegalEdge from FTSE 250 company Drax Group plc. Alongside his banking and commercial skills, he has a particular interest in the energy sector. He is an expert at negotiating and drafting complex agreements, whether they’re commercial, debt, project finance, carbon trading or securities-based.
