Rachael is an accomplished people professional with extensive knowledge and direct experience in business and the legal sector. She initially completed her legal training to become a solicitor and followed this up with a prominent career in legal search and coaching. She was Partner and member of the global Executive Leadership Team at a leading legal search company and played an instrumental role in shaping it to become a global business, reaching a successful exit.

She now provides collaborative and powerful coaching and consulting for legal professionals. Nurturing legal careers, championing personal and professional development, and enhancing executive experiences has been a constant activity for Rachael for over 20 years. She holds a BA (Hons) in Combined Arts and the GDL and LPC in Law. She is also a multi-qualified coach and NLP Practitioner.
