Nicola brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to every client partnership and is skilled at building and growing long-term relationships, resolving complex issues with clarity and care, and ensuring clients achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes. She works closely with our clients to understand their goals, anticipate challenges and deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
Nicola previously spent 15 years working in business development for international law firms in the Middle East, where she partnered with senior stakeholders across diverse markets. Her deep understanding of the legal sector, combined with her commercial insight and cultural awareness, enables her to add real value and support clients in achieving sustained success.

Outside of work, Nicola can be found exploring the countryside on walks with her two dogs. She also loves to travel and counts snorkelling with manta rays in the Maldives and trekking through the forests of Uganda to see mountain gorillas in the wild as her favourite travel experiences.
