Natalie Milne
Natalie is a commercially focused and pragmatic employment lawyer with extensive in-house experience across all aspects of employment law, including employment policies and processes, workforce change, restructurings, recruitment, internal data protection compliance and SARs and strategic HR support. She delivers impactful advice and support to HR and senior management, as well as develops and delivers training and practical tools that add real value for the business.
She partners closely with HR and senior leadership to manage legal risk while enabling business objectives, including on employment aspects (including TUPE) of business sales, acquisitions and divestments. She’s particularly adept at constructively managing employee investigations and disciplinary matters and is known for designing processes and tools that make a tangible difference.

When Natalie isn’t working you can usually find her spending time with her family, which nowadays tends to focus on food and wine. She loves to travel and is working her way through her destination bucket list. She is a “needs must” gym frequenter, enjoys running in the sun and a regular theatregoer.
