Marion is a French-qualified lawyer with over 13 years’ experience supporting businesses with both corporate and commercial legal matters, including on M&A transactions, corporate governance and complex contractual matters. She takes a pragmatic, business-oriented approach in helping clients manage both day to day legal issues and high-stake transactions.

Marion particularly enjoys working with entrepreneurs, immersing herself in their vision and business goals to design innovative, tailored legal strategies. She thrives on drafting agreements that are both legally sound and commercially effective, combining technical precision with creativity and a solutions-driven mindset. Marion excels in multicultural environments and takes a hands-on approach to guiding companies through strategic transactions, complex negotiations, and operational legal challenges.

Marion is a piano player and enjoys painting in her spare time and is also passionate about travel and exploring new cultures. Based in Bordeaux, she has developed a particular appreciation for fine wine – she often jokes that navigating complex legal transactions requires the same patience and attention to detail as selecting the perfect Bordeaux vintage!
