A trusted advisor to C-suite executives and boards, her expertise spans technology law, data privacy, IP, commercial contracts, AI governance, corporate governance, compliance and risk management. Kate’s unique skill set lies in her ability to balance legal precision with a clear focus on broader business objectives.
Kate has particular expertise in intellectual property, cross-border employment law, global legal strategy and commercial contract support, with a proven track record of sitting on boards and risk committees. She also brings significant experience advising on fundraising and operational efficiency, as well as a strong background in regulated markets – including fintech and financial services – giving her a sophisticated understanding of the compliance landscape technology companies increasingly operate within.
Kate is a trusted adviser to businesses looking to adopt and operationalise AI tools responsibly, helping them introduce practical solutions that enhance efficiency and support scalable growth. She recently completed the AI Ethics, Regulation and Compliance Programme at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, further strengthening her ability to help organisations navigate AI adoption in line with emerging regulatory frameworks.
