Farzana is an experienced in-house lawyer specialising in technology, deep tech and high-growth businesses. Having worked at the forefront of emerging technologies, including quantum computing, she helps early-stage and scaling businesses build the legal and operational foundations they need to grow with confidence.

She has extensive experience establishing legal functions from scratch, acting as the first or sole lawyer in fast-growing businesses across the UK, Switzerland and the US. Farzana works closely with founders and leadership teams to put in place practical, scalable legal frameworks that reduce risk without slowing innovation. She is particularly skilled at supporting businesses through fundraising from seed rounds through to Series A and beyond, and at building cross-border governance structures that work across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.

Working as a trusted adviser to founders, boards and investors, Farzana delivers pragmatic, business-focused legal support that evolves with the needs of the business. Whether navigating investment rounds, establishing international corporate structures or creating legal processes that scale, she provides clear, commercial advice that enables businesses to move quickly at every stage of growth.
