Emmanuelle is a General Counsel specialising in technology, telecommunications and data-driven businesses, with deep expertise in IT and commercial transactions, corporate governance (including Company Secretarial responsibilities), compliance and risk management. Former General Counsel of a telecoms business, she has worked closely with boards and executive teams to shape legal strategy and support business-critical decision-making.

She brings a strong track record of delivering pragmatic, commercial legal advice that enables growth while managing risk. Her experience spans complex commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, financing, and M&A, alongside advising leadership teams through restructuring and periods of significant change. She is highly experienced in aligning legal frameworks with business strategy and improving how legal functions operate in practice.

As GC, Emmanuelle led transformation across governance, risk and compliance, strengthening frameworks and embedding more effective ways of working across the legal function. She has driven improvements in legal operations, implemented key policies and controls, and supported cross-functional collaboration across sales, finance, operations and infosec. Fully qualified in England and France, she brings strong international experience across cross-border matters and multi-jurisdictional environments.
