Eddie’s our commercial property expert and experienced in-house lawyer. Previously at BAA, he worked for more than 20 years as their group property counsel on development, real estate, health and safety, dispute management and debt restructuring. A keen football fan, he spends his weekends coaching and managing a team (sadly less successfully than his legal career!).

Useful to know:

He worked on the development of Heathrow Terminal 5 (and met the Queen at the opening!) – successfully closing out 250 agreements with tenants delivering an income stream of £125 million and negotiating solutions with the Data Protection Commissioner to enable the opening of the terminal.
