Eddie’s our commercial property expert and experienced in-house lawyer. Previously at BAA, he worked for more than 20 years as their group property counsel on development, real estate, health and safety, dispute management and debt restructuring.

Eddie now supports our scaling clients with their commercial property requirements, from lease negotiations and renewals to property acquisitions, and strategic portfolio management. His extensive experience ensures they receive practical, business-focused advice tailored to their growth ambitions.

Eddie is a keen football fan and he spends his weekends coaching and managing a team. When he worked on the development of Heathrow Terminal 5 he met Queen Elizabeth II at the opening ceremony for the terminal.
