Ed Goold
Ed is a technology-focused in-house lawyer with hands on experience working with start-ups and scale-ups in the enterprise SaaS space. He is adept at taking care of the full range of legal issues that growing tech businesses encounter, from getting deals done quickly and efficiently, to hiring, to IP protection and exploitation, fundraising and more. He has particular experience of putting the fundamentals of a legal strategy in place with a limited budget.
Ed takes a pro-active and commercial approach, assisted by his experience of being a COO in the past. His advice is practical and accessible, focusing on priorities, efficiencies, risk and budget management to add real value. Ed also attended the Makers Academy intensive coding school prior to working in-house in the tech sector so has a detailed understanding of tech development and how apps are built too.

Ed is a keen poet and regularly performs his poetry at various open mic nights in the London area. He is also an equally passionate surfer but with unfortunately a little less opportunity to put those skills to use!
