Debbie is a senior HR & People business partner with over 20 years’ experience across tech, publishing, retail and utilities. She builds scalable people operations, supports managers on performance and employee relations, and helps organisations deliver change effectively.

She works with growing businesses that need pragmatic, management-ready HR support without unnecessary complexity. Debbie helps establish strong people foundations – bringing clarity to roles and responsibilities, embedding effective ways of working, and strengthening performance and feedback practices. Her work covers the full employee lifecycle, from HR strategy, performance and employee relations through to organisational change, recruitment and succession planning – supporting businesses as they scale and evolve.

Her approach is straightforward and outcome-focused. She prioritises asking the right questions, defining what ‘good’ looks like, and developing simple, practical tools that managers can use day-to-day. The result is confident leadership, consistent people practices, and HR frameworks that support the business as it grows.

Useful to know:

When Debbie isn’t working, you can typically find her planning the next trip or getting out on the snow: skiing and travel have always been her two major passions and she’s now visited over 100 mountain destinations.

Fun fact: Debbie did the Olympic bobsleigh course in Utah – apparently it was terrifying but also addictive!

No duplication and no reinventing the wheel each time. We get to know your business quickly to manage your legal matters effectively and add value. And as your flexible in-house legal function, we can be scaled up or down depending on needs.
