Debbie is a senior HR & People business partner with over 20 years’ experience across tech, publishing, retail and utilities. She builds scalable people operations, supports managers on performance and employee relations, and helps organisations deliver change effectively.
She works with growing businesses that need pragmatic, management-ready HR support without unnecessary complexity. Debbie helps establish strong people foundations – bringing clarity to roles and responsibilities, embedding effective ways of working, and strengthening performance and feedback practices. Fun fact: Debbie did the Olympic bobsleigh course in Utah – apparently it was terrifying but also addictive!
