Bridget is an energetic and versatile head of legal. She’s got loads of experience working in retail and e-commerce, having managed legal for a variety of fast growth and larger listed businesses including Seraphine, La Perla, ASOS, Monsoon Accessorize and Which?.

Bridget is a strategic, big picture thinker and is happy to get stuck in to implement change. She is adept at handling all the day-to-day legal needed to help companies scale. She is also used to operating in dynamic and sometimes challenging environments and her pragmatic, straightforward approach makes her an invaluable resource to senior leaders. She is particularly focused on finding practical solutions and is an advocate of employing tech / AI where appropriate.

Bridget’s in-house experience includes being General Counsel, HR Director and Company Secretary at Seraphine, Interim Global Legal Director at La Perla and Interim Head of Legal at ASOS. She has also been in-house at Monsoon Accessorize, Which? Consumer Association and Ingenious Media. She started her legal career in private practice with Lewis Silkin before moving in-house.
