Bal Lally

Bal runs LegalEdge’s fractional Head of People service with over 25 years cross-sector experience as a senior CIPD qualified HR generalist helping scaling companies with practical HR solutions. She helps businesses navigate organisational growth and expansion into new markets and handling significant strategic HR change management programmes, including restructures, mergers and acquisitions and culture change. In addition, she has led the people agenda across diverse geographies, covering remuneration, risk, resourcing, and mobility.

She also provides advice and coaching to senior stakeholders on their people, communications, and integration agendas to design and execute robust strategies that establish resilient and sustainable foundations and practices – successfully building and developing commercially focused HR teams, and managing employee relations across multiple locations and disciplines. 

Bal is highly experienced in facilitating talent reviews, performance management and other team initiatives to drive high performance. She has vast experience at resolving complex people issues and has a reputation for delivering sensible and fair solutions that leave relationships intact. Bal will always prioritise what’s important, call out key risks, make clear recommendations and move quickly to deliver these solutions.
