Anuj Desai
Anuj is an experienced in-house lawyer and a trusted business partner who is brilliant at implementing legal strategy, budget and processes. He has over 15 years’ experience working with a broad range of organisations in the media industry and other start-ups/SMEs and large corporates and loves working with both entrepreneurs and management teams to get under the skin of a business. This allows him to fully understand a company’s commercial and operational needs, and to anticipate legal issues before they become a problem, so he can provide the right level of pragmatic and strategic advice.
Anuj is used to working closely with sales, business development and other customer/ supplier-facing teams to support and promote deal closure and growth whilst managing risk. He’s also focused on showing how efficient legal can make a real difference to a business from ensuring contracts work for the products / services so it’s easier to do business to working with sales teams to drive business revenue. He’s great at streamlining contracts and processes as well as simplifying complex issues to find practical and workable solutions.
