Jonathan is a hands on in-house lawyer with diverse experience spanning tech, media, advertising and financial services. He prides himself on being able to help clients ‘punch above their weight’ in negotiations and is brilliant at leading complex, regulated and unregulated commercial transactions on both the buy and sell side with major brand counterparties.

With an impressive career working in a range of senior in-house legal roles he knows exactly what growing businesses need to handle the general everyday work as well as being able to keep an eye on the future. He’s a big believer in helping businesses prioritise what needs to be in place so they don’t waste time and money, helping them to review their risk profiles and implementing practical solutions. Jonathan is passionate about the value LegalEdge brings to companies in growth mode and loves nothing more than becoming part of his clients’ team to help them achieve their goals.

Jonathan likes the outdoors and fitness, property renovation, taming his garden, old Land Rover Defenders and has a soft spot for wooden boats (excuse the pun).
