Coronavirus (Covid-19) – sharing links to useful information for employers and employees


There’s lots of conflicting and out of date information out there at the moment regarding the Coronavirus outbreak. ACAS (the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service – an independent public body working with employers and employees to improve working relationships) and the Employment Lawyers Association have asked us to share the following links to ensure you have the most up to date information regarding guidance as an employer and for your employees.

It has also been announced that UK Insolvency Laws will be changed. These changes hope to give businesses some breathing space especially those facing cash flow issues. More information is available here: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/changes-to-insolvency-legislation-enacted
